UK Domestic Shipping only

We offer 2 types of shipping:

Royal Mail 1st Class - 1-2 days = £8

Royal Mail 2nd Class - 3-5 days = £5

We ship thorughout the UK including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. Orders selecting express delivery to Channel Islands and Northern Island will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class parcel serivce and will be tracked if the order value is over £20.

At the current time we are unable to ship outside the UK due to changes in the Customs and tax system, however we hope to be able to offer an overseas service later in the year.

If your item is in stock, we aim to despatch your order same or next day. In busy times and with certain products it may take a little bit longer.

Made to order takes up to 4 weeks.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you are happy with all the items purchased from R H Ceramics, however should you wish to return or exchange an item, please email us with the following information: Your name, the order number, date of your order, details of the Item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return. All items must be un-opened, in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Personalised or custom orders cannot be refunded.

You can return any item for a refund within 30 days of receiving your original order. It can take up to 10 working days for your return to be delivered back to us. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item(s) are not in their/its original condition.  

Damaged returns: If the item is received back damaged or not 'as new', we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee or refuse a refund based on the condition of the item, to be determined on receipt.

We’ll email you as soon as your return has been received.  All refunds are issued to your original payment method, and we will notify you once the refund has been made. It can take up to 5 working days until you see the refund in your account.

Please ensure that you ask for a proof of posting receipt at the Post Office when you send the item(s) back. This is your insurance if it gets lost or damaged in the post. 

Both the original postage & the return postage is non-refundable.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
